Hey Twaki, how's it going? You can thank China for your "natural" cycles now. Good thanks Magellan and yourself? Been busy fighting our UN puppet government grrrrrr Looks like we are going to get some more good falls in our mountains in coming weeks. Im about 1000m above sea level and have had a few good falls there as well. Get extreme frosts for months now, locals saying they last now for a couple of days which hasnt happened for decades. Climate of the 60s has returned with the added punch of low solar activity

tobyglyn: And.....if I may be so presumptous......can I request that you keep that cold weather down south for another 6 months? I am not trying to be a glutton here. After all, we had our share last NH winter, and only feel that we would not want to deny you the wonderful pleasure of clear skies and cool temps. And once in awhile, a bit of snow to keep the sledders happy.
So, with all due respect......you too off course Twanki......you can have the cooler weather. After all, with your carbon taxes etc.....isn't this the expected outocme?

Sigurdur Well the cold isnt pleasant - and after a while you crave the warmth. I think we are gonna get more each year as are you guys in the north - we are now getting concurrent snowfalls in both hemispheres for longer and longer periods, some of your ski resorts are now open the same time as ours. I dont think they would know how to clear snow in most of our cities and towns here. But then the UK also shut down last time the snow fell. While everyone in government is preparing for global warming the public are freezing their t#ts off.

Well not quite 2011 but the Gore effect knows no boundaries. "But if you look at Figure 1, you’ll see that the area right where they are is running about 15°C (27°F) colder than normal … and normal even in the summer is kinda cold to start with. Thank goodness for the Gore effect. Just think of what rubbish those jokers would have written if it had been 27°F warmer than normal down there, or 54°F warmer than what they are actually experiencing … we’d never have heard the end of it. They would have blogged every drop of sweat running down the side of their iced drinks on the cruise ship. Glad to see that justice still can prevail." wattsupwiththat.com/2012/02/02/the-gore-effect-kicks-in-plus-ca-change/#more-55882

[img src="[/img] ![]() "] Australia in grip of fierce heatwave By msnbc.com staff Australia is in the grip of what is expected to be a record-breaking heatwave, the Sydney Morning Herald reported Tuesday. The country's prime minister, Julia Gillard, warned people to take safety advice seriously as temperatures rose about 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) in much of the country, the paper said. The Herald reported that firefighters were dealing with hundreds of fires in southern areas of the country, while children left in cars had to receive medical treatment. The city of Adelaide recorded its highest-ever temperature for Jan. 1 -- more than 106 degrees Fahrenheit -- in more than a century, the paper said. /Users/desireekoks/Desktop/2012_1_MaxTemp_Anomaly_1971-2000.gif Attachments:

Gee, glad somebody is seeing the sun, did they mention Sydney is having its coldest summer in 15 years ?, and in my neck of the woods, lat 32S , 30 years, no maincrop tomatoes set, usually gathering now. Glad to see the sun today and not be rugged up at night in four layers of clothing at the PC.
