Science graduates should be required to write 100 times on a blackboard ... SETTLED SCIENCE IS AN OXYMORON!

Designed by a committee no doubt...kinda looks like an IPCC model. Looks good on the outside ... but that baby can't fly.

As a link on the same page ... blogs.news.com.au/heraldsun/andrewbolt/index.php/heraldsun/comments/doesnt_work_doesnt_add_up_doesnt_matter_its_global_warming_right/Doesn’t work. Doesn’t add up. Doesn’t matter. It’s global warming, right? Labor’s indifference to the terrible cost of its global warming faith is astonishing: LABOR’S ambitious plan to cut carbon emissions by 40 to 60 per cent by 2030 would deliver a devastating blow to the economy, stripping a massive $600 billion from economic growth over the next 15 years, its own modelling commissioned in government has revealed. The emissions cut would also cost tens of thousands of jobs and would likely lead to the closure of all 37 coal-fired power stations in Australia. The shocking predictions are contained in a 2013 Treasury and Department of Industry and Climate Change modelling report. Labor’s plan, which the party adopted last month at its national conference in Melbourne, would have to assume a carbon price of $209 a tonne by 2030, according to analysis of the models. It would also push wholesale power prices up 78 per cent over the next 15 years, radically increasing power bills for homeowners and businesses. And at this point of the reading I turn to my wife ... "Dear! And you thought I was crazy!"
My condolences Ratty.

Labor (= Democrats) haven't made it into power yet but it's not looking good. Prime Minister Tony "It's all crap" Abbott is way behind in the polls. IMHO because of our own Aussie 47% .... or more.

That year we had hose pipe ban imposed for April 4th or so. The word was it would take a year of normal rain to replenish ground water levels. It started raining within days of the ban, ground levels were saturated within 5/6 weeks. .. I had to investigate a flooded basement at a 500 year old property, I traced the'leak' from holes in the basement walls from behind wine cellar....The water table had risen above the floor of the cellar....no one remembered this ever happening! !!
