**ASTROMET WINTER/ SPRING 2014 FORECAST UPDATE**
Happy Holidays Everyone!
I wanted to say to those who have been waiting to see my Winter/Spring 2014 Climate Forecast to know that I will publish it here on Solar Cycle24 on Saturday, December 7, 2013.
I will cover astronomic winter, which begins mid-December. However, meteorological winter has already begun.
I've been completing private climate forecasts for various global clients that will stretch from spring 2014 through to autumn 2015, as well as working on a new book on Astrometeorology, preparing a new forecasting company, and working on longer-range climate outlooks into the 2020s.
In short, some of you already know who follow my forecasts here, on Facebook and on the Internet that I have called 2014 an 'anomalous' winter. We are in transition between solar-forced global warming and solar-forced global cooling. These are the transition years until global cooling sets in, according to my forecast, in mid-December 2017.
For this winter of 2014, the basic weather trend will be various winter storms, featuring heavy snowfalls, followed by brutal temperature drops, ice storms, and gusting winds. Expect winter 2014 temperatures to be far below normal in many regions in North America and Europe.
Take extra care this winter. It will be a long one. Stay safe out there.
My coming Winter/Spring 2014 Forecast will cover the months of December 2013 through May 2014.
Thank you for being patient.
In the meantime, my longer-range climate outlook remains the same:
'Global Cooling'
Signs This Winter Of A New Future Climate Regime Coming Closer...
by Theodore White, astrometeorologist.Sci
For years I have been forecasting that the world is headed toward global cooling.
It is not here just yet, as my calculations show that global cooling will become the official new climate regime by mid-December 2017.
However, at this time, we are presently in-between solar forced global warming [not man-made, as that is impossible] and solar-forced global cooling.
I've called this transition, the 'extremes of weather' which can feature a wide range of weather events from drought, to heavy rains, large storms, floods, warmer-than-normal temperatures and colder-than-normal temperatures.
We've seen all of this over our current solar year of 2013, and we will see more 'extremes of weather' in the years to come as global warming goes out with a bang and global cooling comes in with another bang, and then becomes the official new world climate in mid-December 2017.
Now, I will remind everyone that global warming, throughout Earth's history, has always been good for the planet.
But, global cooling has not.
And, for two decades, the lie of 'man-made global warming' has sucked away tens of billions of dollars and more importantly, very valuable years to prepare for the true threat - and that is global cooling.
Now, we are basically four (4) years away from the official start of what I have forecasted for our world's climate.
That is not a lot of time to prepare, so, individuals and groups are urged to make their preparations by studying how to live, work and survive in a colder climate that will feature far colder temperatures, blasting storms, along with drought in some regions, and heavy rains and snowfall in others.
We will see are signs of what is to come as we are now in meteorological winter as of December 1, 2013.
An anomalous winter is just ahead, first, expect heavy snows, then frigid air will follow and nosedive to bone-chilling, below-zero arctic temperatures that I have been warning about.
Astronomical transits indicate that the northern hemisphere will be in for a rough ride this winter season and early too, with sudden, record drops to single digit temperatures.
This is just but a taste of what we have coming later this decade, and then, into the 2020s, 2030s and 2040s, before global cooling wanes, according to my Astromet calculations, during the late 2040s and then finally ends, in the early 2050s.
Here's some proof of what is happening right now in parts of North America, just as meteorological winter begins and ahead of astrological winter that arrives with the Sun's ingress into tropical Capricorn in mid-December.
NBC reports that,
"An enormous, brutal mass of arctic air is shoving south over most of the U.S. - threatening 32 million people for the rest of the week with snow, ice, wind and extraordinary drops in the temperature.
Some of the country's biggest cities are being hit: Ice threatens to knock out power in Dallas, Denver could get almost a foot of snow, and Chicago could plunge from the mid-50s on Wednesday to the low teens by Friday night.
"This cold air is going to overtake just about the entire country," said Carl Parker, a meteorologist for The Weather Channel."
Stay safe out there because it's going to get colder.
