The boyfriend of the nurse now has it. so that is two nurses and one boyfriend. plus the one nurse had the CDC tell her it was ok to fly. Really???!!! I think the keystone cops are running the government. The 'clipboard man'Keystone cops is about right ... "' Who's the idiot with the clipboard?' Disbelief and panic as mystery man WITHOUT a hazmat suit helps second Ebola nurse board her plane to Atlanta, disposes waste and then climbs aboard
* Man casually dressed in shirt and pants seen on live television walking with Amber Vinson Surrounded by health care workers and Vinson ALL dressed in hazmat suits * Boarded the plane in Dallas after a weak Miss Vinson was helped on, and appears to have flown with her as he was later spotted at the Atlanta airport * Social media has dubbed him the 'clipboard man' - expressing shock that he came so close to an infected patient and unprotected * As of early Thursday morning, he remains unidentified. The ambulance service and Emory University Hospital said he was not with them * He may be with the CDC, which organized the flight from Dallas to Atlanta. However, they have not confirmed this despite being asked to"Daily Mail and other SourcesWhoever he is he is not a bright bulb. I bet he beloved in AGW too.

A very serious situation. But I am more concerned with the civil liberties we will certainly voluntarily relinquish to combat this.
Common sense: Yes
An excuse to give the Federal Government more "emergency powers": NO

just how contagious this disease really is is hard to get to. what we do know is that in Africa a relatively poor piece of the world we have not seen millions of deaths but thousands. By comparison with say Malaria this is no big issue so long as it is not altered.
So the big issue is a high death rate once infected and no real indication of a drug that may have a real go at halting its progress.
so as a suggestion what if people that have survived it who will have antibodies are paid serious amounts of money to become care givers thus reducing the risk of infection. and does anybody have a picture of the impact of the drugs that are in process the first cases were treated but was there any value from the treatment.

scpg02,
I don't really think the boyfriend has been confirmed. Only that he has a fever and is being isolated.

Is this Obama's fault? The oil boogie man is now the Ebola boogie man? Nope, this is the fellows fault who is now positive. President Obama really can't do much about anything, as the poor guy doesn't understand much about anything.
