No one knows with any level of confidence what the OHC has done. Until ARGO the measure ments had such large deviations that a reliable statement is just flat out speculation.

And when NOAA started getting the accurate measurements from ARGO the first thing they did was 'correct the data' as it couldn't be correct. Now you do not hear much at all about ARGO, which means it's not providing the 'global warming signal' that they wanted. Had it shown the seas warming even slightly ARGO data would have been widely publicized.
