( LOL......like you guys would know! ) Sorry an' all if your sensibilities can't handle the fact that we have right royally messed up swathes of our planet and are increasingly seeing more and more of the same as we all demand to live like a rich Yank...... Trump that! GW, you are revealing a little of what actually drives your concern about AGW, worrying about other people's money or spending habits...

More than that, Mr. Walnut, Mr. Wolf and his ilk want to deprive the third world of the benefits of western technology. Electrical grids, sanitation, modern transport; in Mr. Wolf's mind, all these wonders of modernity must be kept from billions of brown and black people so as to prevent a fizzling ElNino, and facilitate a recovery of summer arctic ice extent that will happen anyway as natural cycles progress. Mr. Wolf is a particularly notorious misanthrope; his obvious glee at what he considers a doomsday scenario is always troubling. More so is his remarkable ability to maintain his holier than though persona in the face of repeated failed predictions of his on this board, and those whom he worships as part of his Malthusian theology.

I take it we're all up on the fact this nino is out of phase with 'normal' nino timings? Sardines in summer.... Well , looks like we've got all our temp measuring 'tweaks' in place for the coming year ( better fixes than last years boys!) so do expect a doozy of a global atmospheric temp year even for a , now what was it?, " not massive" Nino......... so many years above 98's temp now , so many more to come. Hey! This is fun guys!!! Graywolf, I've wondered why your view of how much the globe has warmed is so different from what I am observing. Then it occurred to me that you may be using out-of-date technology, the one that I associate with measuring temperatures by throwing buckets over the sides of ships and sticking in a thermometer. That's all the better they could do at the time. Join the age of satellites. You don't see Sigurdur farming with mules!!!!!!!!!!!

Would have to in a carbon free economy. But then, my buyers would starve to death and I would not have a sellable product.

And the result would be a truly carbon free economy.

Yes, the GW Malthusian worldview: GW, you are revealing a little of what actually drives your concern about AGW, worrying about other people's money or spending habits... Really, also the fallacious misunderstanding that we operate under a fixed "pie" paradigm. Real producers grow the pie to grow their own wealth, they don't take money from brown people as the AGW believers assume is necessary.

Trump that! Rich is a 'relative' term of course. But there are a lot of 'Yanks' not feeling so relatively rich anymore. An by the way ... never call a southerner a 'Yank'. Kind of like calling a Scot a Brit I imagine.

Graywolf shows his watermelon ways.
The left have always viewed the CAGW process as a political vector, you have exposed your soul.
I am no Trump lover but Corbyn is actually more of a concern. You have made your pick.
Enjoy and remember the debate is based around evidence you are arguing from a totally emotional position.

Seems to me, admittedly no expert, that this is just a long way of saying, "we have no idea." No matter what happens, they can claim to have predicted it. Interesting technique.
