According to NASA the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter has found glaciers on the side of various mountains on Mars. They appear to be 'buried' under the soil but one glacier according to the article is the size of Los Angeles and is half a mile thick. Well given that the polar caps seems to have receded in the last 8 years on Mars I would say that is a distinct possibility.
