Mr. Holdren is the living example of the "Peter Principle". "managers rise to the level of their incompetence." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_PrincipleAltho, based on past performance, Mr. Holdren seems to have broken that principle. Even tho incompetent, he keeps rising.

Even tho incompetent, he keeps rising. I agree, Mr. Sig. What is particularly frightening is that POTUS relies on Mr. Holdren almost exclusively for formulating "climate change" policy. Holdren's fingerprints were all over Mr. Obama's recent anti-carbon policy initiative.

Seeing the post he is now in I would say that he has demonstrated his competence in Die Fuhrerprinzip which I have spoken of before.
