Does this sound like a 'nicified' (made up word?) version of the Communist Manifesto? Unlike the later, it does not directly name 'the enemy', but I think we can safely guess ... anyone that dares to differ with the means by which the 'uber-lords' decide to bring about their ends. All government, not rigorously controlled, tends to drift (or rush?) in that direction. After all, WE have your best interests at heart ... and WE know whats best for you. So back off before WE call in the dogs!!!! I still believe that Jefferson was correct.

So much lib-speak in the first paragraph that I think I'd better pass. Can't handle it.
How are they going to "raise the dignity" of their iq = 85 constituents? People are responsible for their own damn dignity.

Looks like a convenient vehicle to convey Goal 13.
I find the whole document quite disturbing.
Any politician anywhere presenting this as a manifesto would face demands and screams for a COSTING! How much and who pays? In a world of fiscal austerity of one degree or another, where cuts are the order of the day, which budget does this lot come out of and which budgets will be cut further.
