Glc. However much CO2 is emitted by humans it appears that a fixed proportion (~45%) remains in the atmosphere
45% remains of 3% human output of 0.03% atmosphere concentration.
Oooh it makes everything seem so small and insignificant. So that's negligible Human effect then, agreed.

Someone deliberately trying to provoke a reaction.
I believe he knows his "3% human output" figure is incorrect, but used it anyway. The post shows too much awareness to be compatible with the error behind it.

so although slightly unexpected the findings are not new. Seems to be an oxymoron of some sort without actual figures to back it up.
