Another set of temperature records that seems to show that the series of minima after the 'warm periods' are following the same decline in temperatures. This from WUWT. Note the series of minima before the rise to the next 'optimum'. Projected into the future it looks like things could go to cold after this warm phase and IF the previous series is repeated then it cold get colder than the LIA. Naut, I'd like to read more on that. Is there a website reference?

Hi Ratty, The post on WUWT that it originally came from is here: wattsupwiththat.com/2017/06/09/a-holocene-temperature-reconstruction-part-4-the-global-reconstruction/Lots more in the post and its references.

You can almost do a direct one for one replacement of 'Trump' for 'Brexit' and the 'never Trump' and 'Remainers' are almost identical in their arguments. To me that means that the same people are against both - loosely the 'Globalists' who were so close.... two giant trade agreements/treaties TTP T-TIP that gave control of import/export of all economies to globalist industry, UN COP-21 also providing control and bribing the smaller countries to stay in line. Agenda 21 unimpeded... then Brexit then Trump and it all falls apart there are wax dolls of Nigel Farage and Trump with pins in them in every globalist office.

I have little confidence that leaving will do anything other then pull the thin string of continuity that provides our countries affluence. The majority of the immigration concerns that most leavers wish to mitigate are stamped null and void by our commonwealth. Europe will not let the first leaver to go with any favours. Itll just make the process attractive to others pondering the idea. Worst case scenario for us really....

" There Has Been Just 0.1°C Of Unremarkable ‘Global Warming’ In The Last 50 Years
By Kenneth Richard on 18. February 2019
According to the IPCC, the true manifestation of “global warming” can almost exclusively (93%) be found in the oceans. The surface air or atmospheric heat changes amount to just 1% of the “global warming” representation.
In the first 2000 meters of the global ocean, there has only been about 0.1°C of “global warming” in the last 50 or 60 years.notrickszone.com/2019/02/18/there-has-been-just-0-1c-of-unremarkable-global-warming-in-the-last-50-years/

Here's an excellent (in my opinion) critique of the Paris Climate agreement (COP21). I put this on the "Global warming temperature predictions" thread because its focus is on future temperature predictions, but it is relevant to the discussions on other threads as well. www.emeraldinsight.com/doi/full/10.1108/IJCCSM-05-2017-0107Is this something that Judith Curry or Anthony Watts or Roy Spencer should highlight (or maybe they already have)?
