If we can form such weather disruption from 'the inside out' then why didn't such events as Tunguska do it from the outside in? graywolf, Your question is not clear. What does Tunguska have to do with a botched rocket test?

New interview with Nick "Angels Don't Play This HAARP" Begich. Talks about punching holes in the ionosphere and weather modification among other things. I hear he's a honcho at the UN now, so it's prolly all disinfo. Streaming only (a right pain) here: itsrainmakingtime.com/2010/nickbegich/

New interview with Nick "Angels Don't Play This HAARP" Begich. Talks about punching holes in the ionosphere and weather modification among other things. If it's weather control they are after, they just overpaid *AND OTHER DANGEROUS CHEMICALS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA RUUUUUUN* - so what, even if they kill like 300 million people, they will still have at least 600 million people left, they'll repopulate within 2 years, and within 4 the Nike sneaker production will be back to normal. This isn't new, the same concept is used in Brazil to "bomb" hail producing clouds to minimize damage to property. And in Germany, to drive convertibles. You don't need a MiG or an F-16 with fancy missiles either. During the soviet era, in agricultural areas, soviets used cargo planes to dump dry ice or spray the silver iodide on clouds that were potentially hazardous to crops, i.e. hail clouds. And this blatant disrespect for the global warming propagators PS: If anyone has a link to a much better video of the 2010 FW display, please PM me with it.
