The parasites and subsidy farmers are doing their best to wring the most amount of cash from the US population before they are outed. A repeal of all legislation providing subsidies to so called 'renewable' power would see an immediate halt to windmills and solar farms. Elon Musk's cars are about to become as difficult to find as DeLoreans.

Plans are apparently in place to use the money that had been 'promised' by Obama for COP-21 actions and other 'green schemes' for things like replacing Flint's lead pipe water supplies - and similar activity. As Obama had made all his foreign spending agreements using 'his phone and his pen' rather than go through the Senate as a 'Treaty' on Jan 21, 2017 the 'promise' ceases to have any value. wattsupwiththat.com/2016/11/14/republicans-plan-multi-billion-dollar-climate-budget-raid/But as Obama has a phone and a pen until Jan 20th, 2017 - he will spend spend spend until then wattsupwiththat.com/2016/11/14/president-obamas-final-green-spending-spree/ Why should the US give grants to India that sees a 'space program' more important than cleaning up its air pollution? UK faced similar arguments with its foreign aid programme.

www.chicagotribune.com/news/opinion/commentary/ct-trump-climate-change-plan-20161122-story.htmlMy calculations using the best peer-reviewed economic models show the cost of the Paris promises — through slower gross domestic product growth from higher energy costs — would reach $1 trillion to $2 trillion every year from 2030. U.S. vows alone — to cut greenhouse-gas emissions 26 percent to 28 percent below 2005 levels by 2025 — would reduce GDP by more than $150 billion annually. So Trump's promise to dump Paris will matter very little to temperature rises, and it will stop the pursuit of an expensive dead end.
