Surprised to say that Corbyn HAS been speaking much better lately, certainly has not been taking lessons from his brother. I wonder how his plan to tax top earners and business more will go down?? Has he read the mood of the electorate or is he just plain stupid?

Has he read the mood of the electorate or is he just plain stupid? A lot of people still like freebies ... not knowing of course that they aren't really free. They will pay for it one way or the other.

Doubling my income isn't an attractive proposition. What's two times $0.00? He's knows what he's talking about, at least this part: It doesn't pay to mess with the bureaucracy: Our previous State government - with a HUGE majority - sacked about 14,000 pubservs about five years ago and were booted out at the next election.

Well, at least they got that accomplished. Did they stay sacked? If so, then a fair days work. As for "what's 2 times $0?" ... are you referring to math, or to climate science?

[ Snip ] Well, at least they got that accomplished. Did they stay sacked? If so, then a fair days work. As for "what's 2 times $0?" ... are you referring to math, or to climate science? The incoming/current government is Labor (think Democrats) and the public service is now larger than before the sackings. Just math; I know that (2 times 0) = 97 in climate science.

The tree will survive. Higher CO2 will enhance its growth.

Bet theyre all back in trousers now, daytime temps are now what night time tempz were wednesday. Oh the wonderful life of living in between several air masses! Our gradients are north to south. We only get modified versions (normally) of what North Dakota or Texas get. In recent years, we've been more Texas and less North Dakota. The balance may be shifting here in Middle Earth.

Forecast low tomorrow night is 45F in ND. We have had snap frosts on 4th of July. All in all though, this cooler weather is not conducive for corn and soys and edible beans.
