Twelve years ago, during the last solar minimum, noctilucent clouds made that famous "Things caused by Global Warming" list. www.numberwatch.co.uk/warmlist.htm I remember being amused at the time. The link in the list took you here. www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/aim/multimedia/first_view.html. I still see a reference from time to time in SpaceWeather.com to climate crisis as a cause of the recent increase in noctilucent clouds. I think more people are seeing the connection to solar minimum now.

" Mysterious Moisture in the Mesosphere June 19, 2019 / Dr.Tony Phillips
June 19, 2019: The 2019 season for noctilucent clouds (NLCs) has been remarkable, maybe the best ever, with NLCs appearing as far south as Los Angeles CA and Albuquerque NM. What’s going on? Researchers aren’t sure, but Lynn Harvey of the University of Colorado’s Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics has just found an important clue.
“The mesosphere is quite wet,” she says. “Water vapor concentrations are at their highest levels for the past 12 years.”"spaceweatherarchive.com/2019/06/19/mysterious-moisture-in-the-mesosphere/H/T Tallblokes talkshop
