Kevin! You collect vinyl? I have about 1200 lp's my-self..mostly classical. I just bought a Furutech Record Demagnatizer...worth every one of the many pennies I paid for it.
What kind of turntable do you play your stash on?

Hey.. yes I love vinyl. Sounds so much better than CDs. And it is much nicer to have something you can hold in your hand, read the lyric sheet etc... plus all the different colored vinyl varients.
My record player is nothing fancy, it is a JVC direct drive.
Put a new needle on it a few months ago. ;D

For those who don't know. Vinyl is coming back. 1.8 million vinyl records were sold in 2008 over 1 million in 2007. Now this is a turntable www.needledoctor.com/Clearaudio-Statement-Turntable?sc=2&category=45Vacuum tubes are coming back too. By the way the price on that turntable doesn't include the tonearm or cartridge. But then if you can afford that turntable you don't care.

This the March 1st edition of the cartoon Get Fuzzy in case the link wants you to register first which it may. comics.com/get_fuzzy/?Page=3VPI is a big turntable maker and I assume that is what VIP is code for.

I think I would rather just put all that money into buying actual albums ;D
