He and the British Covid Modeling genius should get together. Back to NAO. I posted the NOAA monthly time series against mine for 2019 to Jan. 2021. Just for perspective, I went back to 2017 on this graph. Notice how steady all three were before 2019. And the extremes of variance that have ensued since. Don't know what NOAA is using, but they used to trend fairly closely to mine ... and now they don't. Run a trend line through their data points and it's pretty flat.

Saved again! Only rain as the current wave held north. Winter is our dry season, but January precpitation is 25% above normal with more coming. Cloud cover continues to hold that new percent acquired with the shift of 2018. PDO? Tally ho!

It is starting to look like the entire Northern Hemisphere could be affected ---- IFF Astro is right and next winter is worse - this is not good news for people selling 'global warming'.

There will be lamentations, and calls to remove every carbon output by mankind. If the sheeple allow this, there will be TRUE lamentations later. The meme is already emerging. CO2 also drives cold ... and never mind proving the how. It is SO ... and the believers will flock to the modified banner. We can only hope for a shedding of fringe followers. Hopefully enough to change the political tide.

Weatherman for Central Florida - pointed out that a cold front went through overnight so the winds will have moved around and the high temperatures next week will only be up to mid-50's lower than normal even though it is February

Have numerous things to get taken care off, plan to exit the cold on Feb 20th for a southern area like Alabama!..........The long term forecast for this area is winter......below average.

Sorry to hear that Sig, although it was probably expected. Make it the Gulf coast of Alabama you may find it insufferably warm
