It is the driver of climate for spring/summer events of notice.
Let's keep track of its position.

Note that the GBI Index provides a measurement of strength over time. But I assume that this is OVER Greenland ... so would not catch poitional displacement. It does show a large increase in summer values since the start of SC24. So ... positional?
