I'm looking through the report and see page 21. "Climate simulations of the vertical profile of temperature change..." Now, isn't that the much talked about "hot spot" or CO2 fingerprint that hasn't been found? Here's how they explain it: "Research showed that there were large uncertainties in the satellite and weather balloon data. When uncertainties in models and observations are properly accounted for, newer observational data sets (with better treatment of known problems) are in agreement with climate model results." My paraphrase: When we fix the data, they match the models. Yikes.
