I think the judges would get on just fine with the Pope and the Inquisition, about 400 years ago.
PS I don't recall that the latter have admitted that they got it wrong about the earth going around the sun, but its early days yet.

maybe your wrong and the the sun does orbit the earth and its one giant trick.
how could a judge based system that claims evidence based process will demand an ideology based position as a starter.
this is unlikely to stick, there are some thinkers out there even if they hold an AGW position.

The judges are showing their characteristic lack of scientific knowledge. However, to outlaw something requires first that you define precisely what it is you are outlawing. This exercise will immediately lead them into very difficult positions. The easy talk has to stop and be replaced by precision. Then they will find that very precision undermines their intent. The world has been drawn into 'marketing newspeak' by the 'warmist' industry. So you are now a 'Climate Denier' - que??? Please explain what it is that is being denied. Unfort6unately, the even less educated journalists cannot cope with language much above that of text messaging shorthand so have not got the mental capacity to understand the problem. I look forward to legal argument with one of these lawyers they would rapidly make themselves look extremely stupid.
