I always thought some of the assumptions and logic on carbon isotopes in the atmosphere were flawed. Surprising that they were funded for this and allowed to publish the findings.

The SSRN is a site where folks put up papers pre published, or published.
So far, from what I could find out, it has not appeared in a journal.
That isn't to say it is wrong, just saying it hasn't been actually published yet.
