Hi Sig, changed starter motor on truck, it was really struggling even to turn over on start-up, sounds a helluva lot better đź–’
Now I just need some cold weather to test in that!!
To keep relevant to thread....very wet/windy, signs of a cooler Feb, but I don't trust the signals these days, South UK has very much escaped then N Hemisphere cold thus winter. Scotland has had a load of snow though. Those melted glaciers up there have been topped back up me thinks.....

He was last seen swimming in a much-colder-than-usual Gulf Stream and could come by any day.

Paris Underwater Again en.rfi.fr/france/20180126-overflowing-seine-wreaks-transport-havoc-paris-commuters-touristsI think I remember similar events from the inconvenient climate / weather time series. How many times now in the last few years. The December-January period is now the third-wettest on record since data collection began in 1900, according to Meteo France.
Many regions have seen double the rainfall than normal, including Paris where 183 millimetres (7.2 inches) have been dumped since December 1. More rain was forecast for Thursday.
While the Seine is set to reach levels last seen in 1982 at its peak on Saturday, it flows in a deep channel through the heart of the capital, posing a danger only to riverside buildings and infrastructure.
"After the floods of 2016 it took us nearly two years to repair the damage. We just finished, and now we're going to have to start all over again," said Akca, 31.

Historic In-Seine-ty Analogswww.nytimes.com/2018/01/26/world/europe/france-paris-floods.htmlThirteen of France’s 96 administrative departments had flood alerts as of Friday, in what the monitoring body Météo-France says is the country’s wettest winter since 1959. In 1910, the Seine rose above 28 feet, giving Paris “the aspect of a beleaguered place,” according to a New York Times report of the time. Public authorities said they expected the Seine to crest on Sunday at up to six meters, or about 19.6 feet. In the floods of June 2016, which killed four people in France, it peaked at 20 feet. And we know those years coincided with low solar periods.
