I think that means whatever happens we will tax you more. The Chinese and Indians must be celebrating this one.

The problem with these crop failures is that it will be claimed that the poor harvest is a result of 'climate change', and that makes signing the Copenhagen Treaty and Cap and Trade even more urgent. Politics is not about logic - its about winning the argument. True, but this crop problem is being caused by widespread COOLING.

Politics is not about logic - its about winning the argument. True, but this crop problem is being caused by widespread COOLING. Which they will say is climate change and the Copenhagen Treaty is on Climate Change - QED Politicians always make the assumption that 'the public' has a low IQ and is easily led - and so far that assumption has held out. So as long as they can keep a straight face as they say " the emissions have led to global climate change and unless we prevent more carbon emissions there will be more failed harvests", they will receive rapturous applause from the people they are about to tax into bankruptcy

The grain markets are up tonight in response to the forcast of cold weather. Now tell me.......what is the disadvantage of being warmer again? I must keep forgetting something here.

Yep...it is not very good in the US right now. Mold in the corn now as well. IF this isn't going to be a storage nightmare....I don't know what will be.
