Happy Thanksgiving to US readers, and to all who read may the blessing continue to mulitply for you. I am posting a link to a paper that I have not had time to examine, but maybe together we can all do so...a bunch of "common" men/women peer reviewers. canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/17183

"“The files contain so much material that it is going to take some time t o put it all in context,” says Ball. “However, enough is already known to underscore their explosive nature. It is already clear the entire claims and positions of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) are based on falsified manipulated material and is therefore completely compromised.
“The fallout will be extensive as material continues to emerge. Reputations of the scientists involved are already destroyed, however fringe players will continue to be identified and their reputations destroyed or sullied.”"

This wasn't the paper I had in mind when I posted the link.
Just because it is in the Canadian Free Press doesn't necessarily negate it.

sig, there was a magazine out of Canada that had a lot more information than anything that was published here in the states about 3 mile island. I pay attention to stuff from Oz, NZ, and Canada.

spaceman: I do as well. I have found the BBC to be virtually worthless anymore. The AP is not much better. McClatchy beats both of the above.
The silence of the Main News organizations on the CRU breach is really eye opening. There is a hell of a lot of smoke, and I sense a fire burning as I type this.
I do find it interesting that seemingly intelligent people will defend AGW when the actual physical science shows it not to be true. I really don't care......but I do want to know why we have warmed the little bit we have. I have found that what we know about the sun's actual effect on climate seems to be dismal. There are many unanswered questions in the vein, and I wish some of the dollars had gone into research for that rather than co2. I couldn't change that in the past, but I will keep trying to change that in the future.

Well, we had a somewhat balmy November....no record breaker for sure, but still nice. The 6-10 tonight shows we are about to fall off the cliff again. Where in the world is that El Nino again? ?

I have found Canada Free Press to uphold journalistic standards. Something most of the "old media" fails to do. Of course, reporting the news, all of the news, in a free and fair manner regardless of whose ox is Gored, upsets some.
Like everything else, things go in cycles. The New York Times, Washington Post, and other "old media" standbys are about to "progressive" themselves into bankruptcy. Leaving room for another revival of high quality journalism, without the baggage of political idolatry.
