Hi,
I made this recording of an object moving across the solar surface on 15 Oct 11, 8:59 UTC. Does anyone know what is the object?

This site can be used to see if it's a satellite transit: www.calsky.com/cs.cgi/Satellites/16?These are the only ones listed for your location on the 15th (though I could easily have made some mistake!) but the times [UTC] and durations are wrong: """""""" 5h41m50.09s [Hipparcos ArRk<br>(20170 1989-062-C)] Hipparcos ArRk (20170 1989-062-C) Crosses the disk of Sun. Could it have been an aircraft?

Hi hairball,
Thanks for your feedback. I have also checked it out with CalSky. The crossing doesn't match any of those there. I am still checking....
Cheerio.
