What if 2005 YU55 gets hit by a CME?

#1 - 2005 YU55 will be closer to earth than the moon on Nov 9th.
#2 - Sunspot 1339 is becoming increasingly active.

So, by the 9th, Sunspot 1339 will be flaring more toward earth
See what I'm getting at?

We all know what happens when CME's hit comets (Elenin, Linear), but what about an asteroid?
