No matter how you cut it, still a rotten apple and fish analogy. It is obviously wrong to think that the atmosphere being a gas invalidates backradiation coming from a solid. Icefisher claimed that backradiation violates the laws of physics, when in fact backradiation is a simple product of the laws of physics, where backradiation must happen or some of the known laws of physics are wrong. The three objects required for the green house effect are the warmer earth, the colder atmosphere, and the far colder outerspace Based on simple physics, if the sun fails this moment, backradiation will keep the earth warmer than otherwise for millions of years to come.
