To be honest, most of the time, I forget this message board even exists. I am so busy running the main website, and another social media sites such as SolarHam Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, I unintentionally neglected this message board. For a long while this board was very active. I still see some users remain active, many new users still awaiting approval etc. I will approve some of the recent pending accounts, and try and weed out the spam as best I can. Sorry for the long delay.
thx kevin you could always get a few helpers for the board .. theres some nice folk on here still ..
What does it matter now if men believe or no?
What is to come will come. And soon you too will stand aside,
To murmur in pity that my words were true
(Cassandra, in Agamemnon by Aeschylus)
To see the wizard one must look behind the curtain ....
Kevin, we're a relatively well-behaved group and I appreciate you letting us use this corner of your far-flung internet empire to chat about the impending death of the planet -- or not. I will say there are some very sharp individuals on this board and no, they don't all agree all the time, but we all learn from each other. Not too many places like this. Thanks!

Kevin, appreciate the nod, and truly love your site. I still come here every day, and try to get to this message board a couple times a week. There are some interesting, intelligent folks who post here. I am looking forward to evaluating the ideas expressed on this board as they are tested by time and events to come. L&P effect leading to Another Maunder? little ice age, anyone? Or will my good friend Greywolf's Dante inferno come to be? Interesting times.
When government gains the power to control the use of private property, it becomes possible for the politically dominant to profit by high commodity prices using government regulation to constrain supply. One merely drives competitors out of business by manipulating the perception of risk to a land use preferred by a democratic majority.
