Begs the question, quality is key and that would change the leader board around a bit. You are correct. But tactics and determination make a difference. The "boys" of 75-81 showed the best army in the World at that time how it's done. Later, the Vietnamese turned the tables and showed us how it's done. We are in moral and cohesive disarray. What does that do for readiness? They don't tell us "lower" beings what their real thoughts and assessments are on such matters. |

China built those war machines with our Walmart money. A Walmart Submarine...... doesn't inspire confidence. Not been on a nuclear boat but in an 'O' Class - I cannot imagine being at sea for weeks in one of those. Sleeping in what looks and feels like a filing cabinet drawer. |

I once watched a 1 v 4 dogfight which the '1' comprehensively won. It is all tactics and knowing what you can do with what you have got. (I was the radar controller of the TMA that the dog fight was in - so was happily watching it all play out on radar and listening to the chatter on R/T) |
