I wonder where that photo was taken, that dish is aimed up as though he was somewhere between the tropics, if it is pointed at the Clark Belt. Cliff Mass Weather and Climate Blog A wet week during the driest time of the year We are now entering the climatologically driest time of the year for our region, a period when it is not unusual to get no precipitation for weeks. But not this year. It is now raining in parts of our region and that is just a preamble to the rainy period in front of us. To put it a different way, more JAWS (July Abnormally Wet Systems) will be making landfall on our coast. cliffmass.blogspot.com/2019/07/a-wet-week-during-driest-time-of-year.html

Severe cold forecasted for South America. It will likely not bring record breaking cold since the largest anomalies will occur during day time. Santa Cruz de la Sierra is forecasted to see no higher than 9 degrees C during the day and 7 degrees during the night while its record low during the night is 0 degrees.
