Here is the enemy. The sad thing is we ( the US and our Allies ) created this Frankenstein monster with the best of intentions. Funny how that works. For those who may not be fans of Fox, feel free to read the source documents provided in the article. The upcoming United Nations environmental conference on sustainable development will consider a breathtaking array of carbon taxes, transfers of trillions of dollars from wealthy countries to poor ones, and new spending programs to guarantee that populations around the world are protected from the effects of the very programs the world organization wants to implement, according to stunning U.N. documents examined by Fox News.
The main goal of the much-touted, Rio + 20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, scheduled to be held in Brazil from June 20-23, and which Obama Administration officials have supported, is to make dramatic and enormously expensive changes in the way that the world does nearly everything—or, as one of the documents puts it, "a fundamental shift in the way we think and act."
Among the proposals on how the “challenges can and must be addressed,” according to U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon:
--More than $2.1 trillion a year in wealth transfers from rich countries to poorer ones, in the name of fostering “green infrastructure, ” “climate adaptation” and other “green economy” measures.
--New carbon taxes for industrialized countries that could cost about $250 billion a year, or 0.6 percent of Gross Domestic Product, by 2020. Other environmental taxes are mentioned, but not specified.
--Further unspecified price hikes that extend beyond fossil fuels to anything derived from agriculture, fisheries, forestry, or other kinds of land and water use, all of which would be radically reorganized. These cost changes would “contribute to a more level playing field between established, 'brown' technologies and newer, greener ones."
-- Major global social spending programs, including a "social protection floor" and "social safety nets" for the world's most vulnerable social groups for reasons of “equity.”
--Even more social benefits for those displaced by the green economy revolution—including those put out of work in undesirable fossil fuel industries. The benefits, called “investments,” would include “access to nutritious food, health services, education, training and retraining, and unemployment benefits."

I think I mentioned that the next scam / power grab would be in the name of " sustainability". However, most of the agenda would remain the same: money and power. But it has two significant additions: think and act. The UN proposes Totalitarianism. The United Nations was formed to oppose Totalitarianism. Now the United Nations becomes the promoter and agent of Totalitarianism. The United States Constitution begins "We the People".

Mr. Green's CO2 footprint is increased by burning stuff. Makes you feel all warm and cuddly sitting around the fire. "Climate Alarmist Calls For Burning Down Skeptics’ Homes" "Writing for Forbes Magazine, climate change alarmist Steve Zwick calls for skeptics of man-made global warming to be tracked, hunted down and have their homes burned to the ground, yet another shocking illustration of how eco-fascism is rife within the environmentalist lobby." www.infowars.com/climate-alarmist-calls-for-burning-down-skeptics-homes/

My reply at WUWT "Good for him and his realization of self that maybe he was not as smart as he thought he was. Unfortunatly the idea took off and the money has been spent and the lives have been lost do to the mismanagement induced by his errant idea. The idea has been coopted by many including Obama and Lisa Jackson and with its corruption will never hear his new thoughts. The prolateriat never wins in the grand game of their superiors knowing all."

The AGW energy plan revealed. If only it ( AGW is just one part of the grand plan ) were just about AGW. The old road to hell was paved with the bricks of good intentions. The new one was a shovel ready project and is a 12 lane one way concrete toll way with TSA manning the new bullet proof checkpoint booths.

If there was any doubt. This is an energy policy of disaster. "EPA Official's 'Philosophy' On Oil Companies: 'Crucify Them' - Just As Romans Crucified Conquered Citizens" "Sen. James Inhofe (R-OK) took to the Senate floor today to draw attention to a video of a top EPA official saying the EPA’s “philosophy” is to “crucify” and “make examples” of oil and gas companies - just as the Romans crucified random citizens in areas they conquered to ensure obedience. Inhofe quoted a little-watched video from 2010 of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) official, Region VI Administrator Al Armendariz, admitting that EPA’s “general philosophy” is to “crucify” and “make examples” of oil and gas companies. In the video, Administrator Armendariz says: “I was in a meeting once and I gave an analogy to my staff about my philosophy of enforcement, and I think it was probably a little crude and maybe not appropriate for the meeting, but I’ll go ahead and tell you what I said: “It was kind of like how the Romans used to, you know, conquer villages in the Mediterranean. They’d go in to a little Turkish town somewhere, they’d find the first five guys they saw and they’d crucify them. “Then, you know, that town was really easy to manage for the next few years.”" cnsnews.com/blog/craig-bannister/epa-officials-philosophy-oil-companies-crucify-them-just-romans-crucified

I know our human brain wants to see a cycle or trend but it does not work that way really. Nobody knows what the global weather is going to do? Looking at data and trends yes, it points to something. In human life existence we have not made one turn in our own galaxy. What lies ahead? Looking at the solar cycles but this we only started recently meaning a few 100 years. What if there is a much bigger cycle we don't know of? Can anybody predict exactly what will happen with himself tomorrow? No obviously not!! But, but I have the cycle and trend of my whole life since I was born......hehehehe tomorrow anything can happen and so with everything on earth and outside

Mr. Green's skyrocket policy at work.
"The Nightmare Continues… As Promised, Electricity Rates Skyrocket Under the Obama Plan"
" Obama’s War on Coal has already taken a remarkable toll on coal-fired power plants in America.
Last week the U.S. Energy Information Administration reported a shocking drop in power sector coal consumption in the first quarter of 2012. Coal-fired power plants are now generating just 36 percent of U.S. electricity, versus 44.6 percent just one year ago.
It’s the result of an unprecedented regulatory assault on coal that will leave us all much poorer.
Last week PJM Interconnection, the company that operates the electric grid for 13 states (Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia) held its 2015 capacity auction. These are the first real, market prices that take Obama’s most recent anti-coal regulations into account, and they prove that he is keeping his 2008 campaign promise to make electricity prices “necessarily skyrocket.”
The market-clearing price for new 2015 capacity – almost all natural gas – was $136 per megawatt. That’s eight times higher than the price for 2012, which was just $16 per megawatt. In the mid-Atlantic area covering New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and DC the new price is $167 per megawatt. For the northern Ohio territory served by FirstEnergy, the price is a shocking $357 per megawatt.
Why the massive price increases? Andy Ott from PJM stated the obvious: “Capacity prices were higher than last year’s because of retirements of existing coal-fired generation resulting largely from environmental regulations which go into effect in 2015.” Northern Ohio is suffering from more forced coal-plant retirements than the rest of the region, hence the even higher price.
These are not computer models or projections or estimates. These are the actual prices that electric distributors have agreed to pay for new capacity. The costs will be passed on to consumers at the retail level.
But, it’s OK. We may all be suffering but at least his top bundlers are getting rich."
