Good find Sig....interestingly, from what I understand, they do not rate the may June July period a good one for el nino forecasts. .....

Thanks for posting phydeaux2363. As I was working today, I was thinking of the Anchovy, wondering what the numbers were as they are a lead indicator of an El Nino. You saved me a lot of looking!!!! I will state the same as last year. I would LIKE to see an El Nino, but I just don't see one happening....again!!!! With all the models telling us it should happen....are we all going to be disappointed again?

The weather here in Southeast Texas certainly is indicative of an El Niño. 13 inches of rain in the last two days.
