I hope my sexual exploits never come into the climate change debate. Because all the heat created would certainly cause "warming"! You have sexual exploits Glenn? Sigurdur, I have been married for years and years so my sexual exploits ain't what they used to be.

I understand that you get "lightning" when the lights are out .... PS: Just something I was told. Off topic? I am still trying to figure out just how Rajendra Pachauri's sexual harassment accusations have anything at all to do with the AGW debate but yes, we are off topic.

Rajendra Pachauri's sexual exploits have nothing to do with AGW, except that it reveals his moral character.
Now, moral character has a lot to do with AGW, as the lack of such is observed in some of the shenanigans some have done.

As you know, it is about discrediting your enemy one way or another. Casting doubts that they are our moral authority, as they profess themselves.

I will give the guy the benefit of the the doubt for now.

So why is he skipping the "important" meetings which are his duty to attend? He should be righteously indignant if he is not guilty.

It almost seems like ALL of these cultish liberal "leaders" are implicated in scandals sooner or later. Doesn't it?

So why is he skipping the "important" meetings which are his duty to attend? He should be righteously indignant if he is not guilty. Any time you are accused it is probably wise to seek legal advice. And I don't think scandals are limited to "liberals". It's been my experience that corruption, scandals and wrong doing are truly bi-partisan.

Certainly Republicans should not be throwing stones, but my observation has been that liberal figures are worse. Almost like clockwork.

I don't like models, don't like the reasoning behind them, don't like that the inputs are determined by humans when the system they try to explain are so complicated.
A model will work when we understand everything and can quantify it. Miss anything in your inputs...your screwed.
Should add I'm a big fan of 1-2week forecasts...metcheck have really got it dialled for example. Not in a 'in 10 days it will rain 25mm at 10pm' sort of way but it's a good trend indicator, you generally know if it'll be stormy or hot.
Wonder if they include CO2 effects???

Scandal-wise, the scales tip in the direction of Australian Labor Party (" Democrats"). Our Liberal Party (" Republicans") are, perhaps, slightly better behaved .... IMNSHO PS: The alignment above to US parties is only a rough approximation.
