Mr. Naut, am I understanding Mr. Joe correctly that the flurry of development in the Atlantic basin is ending, and tropical development is shifting back to the eastern Pacific in the next few weeks? Not sure what he means by "western hemisphere."

Thank you Ratty. Hopefully it remains a non-event. The Guardian (and others) of course will insist that the fallout has been pre-programmed to hit only poor areas.
