When you create (or reply) a post, go to bottom of page ... click bbcode ... click where you want the image on the page ... click the picture buttom (top) ... paste the image address into the box (assumes you copied it before) ... save it ... go back to bottom and click preview ... should show your image. Then create or save post.

If you copy a link from dropbox you have edit the link you paste into the image box. Just backspace over everything before .dropbox and add dl ... then save.
