Just the Hot ain't so Hot now....as we've seen last 7 days, and now the cold might sting.

No, but if a new law being considered by the Victorian Senate passes, things may change.
Apparently, unelected untrained people would be able to invade homes and INDEFINITELY detain people who might be "thinking" of breaking a law.
I have no idea how a democratic State could even contemplate this position.

Perhaps it's the "if they wish" part that is in question.
