**Astromet Forecast: Winter 2019/2020**
North America Outlook With Snow Dates
'Early, Cold & Snowy Winter Followed By Early Spring 2020'
Forecast by Theodore White, astromet.sci
As the winter of 2019-2020 approaches, I would like to remind everyone not to play with a Solar Grand Minimum and the climate and weather of global cooling.
A new decade nears and the 2020s is the first phase of global cooling (2017-2029) that I’ve long forecasted.
Already there have been many spectacular weather events since 2017 that has caused significant disruption worldwide.
Consider this,
Last year, when I forecasted that the Winter of 2018-2019 would be late, taking place in February, March and April, with my finding that March 2019 would be mid-winter, I heard from some who claimed that ‘winter disappeared’ because of ‘man-made global warming.’
Hardly moved, I stood by my climate and seasonal weather forecast that warned the late winter’s weather would persist through March and that the spring 2019 planting season would be greatly delayed.
On the last day of January 2019 into February 2nd, a brutal polar vortex struck the Midwest with double-digit subzero temperatures that was followed in the month of March 2019 with not one – but two – ‘bomb genesis’ winter storms over the Rockies, Plains states and Midwest - leading to a cold and very wet spring 2019 featuring massive ice melt and widespread floods that swamped the entire corn belt.
And today, on September 3, 2019, news came that American farmers and agricultural producers reported that they were not able to plant crops on more than 19.4 million acres because of it.
This is according to a new report just released by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA.) The shocking news marked the most prevented-plant acres ever reported since the USDA’s Farm Service Agency began releasing these reports twelve years ago.
The news means that there is – get this – at least 17.49 million acres in crops losses than was reported at this time last year.
Of those prevented-plant acres - more than 73 percent are in 12 Midwestern states - exactly where the late winter of 2018-2019 I forecasted saw heavy snow and rainfall that resulted in the historic floods that stopped farmers and agricultural producers in their tracks from planting corn, soybean and wheat crops.
“Agricultural producers across the country are facing significant challenges and tough decisions on their farms and ranches,” said the USDA’s Under Secretary for Farm Production & Conservation Bill Northey.
“We know these are challenging times for farmers, and we have worked to improve flexibility of our programs to assist producers prevented from planting.
So, as the winter of 2019-2020 approaches, I would like to remind everyone again not to play any games with a Solar Grand Minimum and the climate and weather of global cooling. It means very serious business.
A new decade nears and the 2020s is the first phase of global cooling (2017-2029) that I’ve long forecasted.
Already there have been many spectacular weather events since 2017 that has caused significant disruption worldwide.
And there is much more - and far, far worse - to come in the years and decades ahead.
Before I get to my North American Winter/Spring 2020 General Forecast, let’s take a look at the current state of the 'man-made climate change' lies pushed out as propaganda onto the general public to date.
Recently - National Public Radio, an organization that for years has been hawking 'man-made global warming' lies all over the place without any objective balanced reporting on the Earth’s climate – altered its mantra of dry years with no snow or rain.
Why?
Well, they did that after the very wet years of 2017 and 2018, following the lead of the ‘climate change mafia’ when it became obvious that more precipitation was falling worldwide, just as I had predicted years before in my global cooling forecasts.
How did they alter things?
The first thing they did was change their propaganda from ‘man-made global warming’ to just ‘climate change.’
The second thing they did was to organize young people around the world by telling them that their futures were threatened by ‘climate change’ and then they went ahead and secured a talking head called Greta Thunberg, an autistic 16-year-old from Sweden who somehow managed to show up at the annual winter meeting of globalists at Davos, Switzerland and then found herself standing next to none other than Al Gore. Within a year, Thunberg was being flown and sailed around the world as the face of ‘climate change.’
These desperate attempts to tell people what to do, what to think, what to say, and how to say it when it comes to the earth’s climate are clear signs of a malefic group of people who do not know what they are talking about but who are intent to make everyone believe what is simply not true – and that is that human emissions of CO2 changes the earth’s climate.
I repeat – it is the SUN that governs and changes the Earth’s climate. End of story.
NPR Senior vice president of News & Editorial Direct Nancy Barnes has recently announced that she is spending more funds to cover, among topics – climate change.
I strongly suggest that those funds be applied to getting their editorial and news content not just more objective, but also correct when it comes to the earth’s climate (but don’t hold your breath on that.)
So, NPR, that great outlet of propaganda, they are now claiming that all the precipitation that has been falling worldwide is due to warm air that is holding water and that climate change, that is, man-made global warming,’ is causing all that precipitation to fall to the surface.
Really?
Allow to me correct that.
The Earth, despite what NPR says, is a ‘water planet’ as 71% of the Earth consists of water.
The most dominant so-called ‘greenhouse gas’ on Earth is water vapor.
Now, water vapor become clouds when it cools and thus condense, which in turn turns into liquid water otherwise known as ‘rain,’ or frozen particles of hail, ice, and of course snow.
For years, outlets like NPR have been pushing hard the ‘man-made climate change’ propaganda to the point where the ideologues were claiming in the 1990s and 2000s that children would never see snow again and that droughts would become more common because it will not rain.
This, of course is untrue, because it has rained and snowed since the 1990s and 2000s.
When it became obvious by the mid-to-late 2010s that it was raining more, with more frequent floods, just as I predicted with the advent of global cooling in 2017; the ‘man-made global warming’ term was applied to all outlets serving as propaganda voices for the climate change cabal.
They also began to indoctrinate schoolchildren into using the term ‘denier’ to mean anyone who did not subscribe to their lies.
But who is really in denial here?
During the late 1990’s, as Earth's climate temperatures began to decline and start to cool, it is a fact that major hurricane activity picked up sharply again.
Since 2017, there have been successive 4-5 major CAT 4-5 hurricanes. Moreover, it has snowed heavily in the hottest places on Earth, Sahara Desert, also in the Middle East, as heavy record snows have fallen throughout both hemispheres.
There have also been heavy torrential rains causing significant floods, both in cities and in rural regions worldwide. And again, I continue to state that over the next three straight decades there will also be more powerful tropical cyclones, that's hurricanes, in a global cooling climate under the Sun's Grand Minimum.
But before 2017, according to the United Nations’ IPCC, and the Al Gore-led ‘man-made climate change’ cabal, the Earth was supposed to be always warming.
Didn’t happen.
They said that snow would disappear.
Didn’t happen.
They said that polar bears (the greatest swimmers on Earth) would drown.
Didn’t happen.
They said that the polar ice caps are melting and that sea-levels would rise submerging not only islands - but ENTIRE NATIONS - by the year 2000.
Guess what?
Didn’t happen.
None of these things have happened in the 30+ year predictions of the man-made climate change' cabal.
Not a single event they predicted has come true.
Not one.
Yet, here we are in 2019, and these people keep moving the goalposts further and further down the field.
Then, they see the obvious increase in precipitation worldwide and then jump on board, claiming that it is the ‘warm air’ that is causing it to rain so much, when the fact is that water vapor, when the atmosphere cools, condenses into clouds, which in a cooling troposphere – causing precipitation to fall to the surface.
In the climate era of global cooling – which we are now in – that is very copious amounts of hail, snow and rain.
I say that the ‘man-made climate change’ ideologues, all their agents, their funders and pundits are clueless as to the fact that the Sun controls the Earth’s climate.
In their desperation to push their fascist climate change ideology on everyone they have now but they have taken to using children, as if our hearts must be tugged by children who do not know any better than to be used as unbeknownst agents of ‘man-made climate change.'
Consider how they use the autistic Swedish teen Greta Thunberg, a 16-year-old who is made to look like a 9-year-old holding a microphone in her hand as she travels the world pontificating and pushing a politicized climate ideology that has no basis in reality whatsoever.
Thunberg has never forecasted anything related to the climate in her short life on Earth - not even next week’s weather or next month’s climate.
Here are some facts:
The Earth’s climate has been cooling for 16 years as the Sun has gradually reduced its magnetic resonance through solar cycles #23 and #24 during the 2000s and 2010s. We are now heading to solar cycle #25 which will begin the Sun’s Grand Minimum.
I forecasted that, and also forecasted that the era of global cooling would begin in 2017 – before solar cycle #25 got underway.
And with that, we have seen increases in global cloud coverage; changes in the jet stream; more powerful storms; seesaw radical temperatures; irregular seasons - and most of all - heavy precipitation of hail, snow and of course rain, which has led to greater urban and rural floods.
These heavy rain events and floods will be the major theme of the era of global cooling during the 2020s, 2030s and 2040s.
I continue to warn people to avoid coastlines, floodplains and flat regions. Find higher ground in less high-risk regions. Those interested can contact me at astro730@gmail.com
What has been happening since 2017 to 2019 is just the beginning.
There is far worse climate and weather conditions to come as we are in the first phase of global cooling (2017-2029) with the second phase (2029-2041) even worse than the first and followed by a third dystopian phase of global cooling from 2041-2053 – all under the Sun’s powerful Grand Minimum.
Here is my general climate outlook for North America for the winter of 2019-2020; the spring, summer and fall seasons of 2020.
**Astromet Forecast: Winter 2019/2020**
North America Forecast
'Early Snowy Winter Followed By Early Spring 2020'
It is a very busy time of year for me working, forecasting and writing; however, I wanted to publish my forecast for the upcoming winter season of 2019-2020 for North America, focusing primarily on the United States.
According to my climate outlook, winter 2019-2020 in North America will be early. It will then end early, giving way to an early and warmer-than-normal spring 2020 that will be long and extended.
In 2020, both spring and fall seasons will be longer-than- normal.
Overall, solar year 2020 will be warmer and wetter than normal due to the solar, lunar and planetary conditions I have analyzed for North America.
For most of Canada, excepting the lower mainland of British Columbia, it will be a early, cold and snowy winter season that will see early frosts in October for all provinces as winter sets in by November 2019 through to early February 2020.
*- Winter 2019/2020 - General Climate Conditions -*
Early & snowy winter season for the Upper & Lower Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Northeast. Colder-than normal temperatures in December & January. Temperatures then moderate and quickly warm in February w/ surprise warmer-than-normal temperatures into early March 2020.
*- Spring 2020 - General Climate Conditions -*
Early spring leading to extended spring season. By mid-February 2020 temperatures quickly warming. March, April to mid-May 2020 is drier and warmer than normal.
From second-half of May, all of June to the first 10 days of July 2020 it is much wetter-than-normal and very humid conditions.
Second half of July 2020 to first 8 days of August 2020 it is windy, less humidity, but sunny with drier-than-normal conditions.
*- Summer 2020 - General Climate Conditions -*
Summer is late (arriving Aug. 7-8) and extends through all of September into most of October with drier and warmer-than-normal temperatures.
*- FALL 2020 - General Climate Conditions -*
Autumn 2020 is late and will be an extended season w/ Indian Summer weather. Fall begins late on October 28, 2020 and lasts to January 8, 2021.
General fall 2020 conditions are dry, bright sunny skies, with warmer-than-normal daytime temperatures and cool pleasant nights. Sunny skies and drier-than-normal conditions extend through November and December 2020. The extended fall 2020 season pushes Winter 2021 to be late, beginning on January 8, 2021.
**WINTER 2019/2020**
The Winter of 2019-2020 for the northern hemisphere will begin on November 25, 2019 and will end on February 8-9, 2020.
Generally those on the eastern half of the nation in Appalachia, the Ohio Valley and the Mid-Atlantic will see early snowfall two weeks before Christmas.
Thanksgiving week (Nov. 26 to Dec. 1, 2019) will see blizzard conditions strike the Great Plains and Rocky Mountain region, followed by very cold temperatures from Nov. 29 to Dec. 2, 2019.
It will be colder and snowier than normal in December 2019, with a minor snow early November 2019 just after Halloween followed by a blizzard for the Great Plains, Rocky Mountain region and Midwest in late November 2019.
Appalachia, the Ohio Valley, Mid-Atlantic and Northeast will see major snowfall less than two weeks before Christmas 2019 so you want to get out shopping earlier than normal this holiday season.
Freezing rain conditions in the Southeastern states will begin Dec. 21, 2019 and last through January.
Early January 2020 will see colder mid-winter conditions underway across two-thirds of the nation, especially the Midwest, Ohio Valley, Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S.
The Pacific Northwest and Western U.S. will see wet but warmer-than-normal winter conditions than experienced during the winter of 2018-19.
However, the winter of 2019-2020 will race by fast and end with the last of snowfall over the Mid Atlantic and New England states spanning February 7-10, 2020.
**MAJOR SNOWFALL DATES**
November 2019 - Great Plains, Rocky Mountains & Central Midwest - blizzard conditions, Nov. 26-28
December 2019 – Southeast, Mid-Atlantic & Northeast - Dec. 11, 12, 13
January 2020 – Southeast, Mid-Atlantic & Northeast - Jan. 8, 9, 10
February 2020 - Mid-Atlantic & Northeast - Feb. 7-10
March 2020 - Great Lakes, Ohio Valley & Northeast - March 7-9, 2020
March 2020 – Great Plains & Rocky Mountains – Mar. 17-19
*MINOR SNOWFALL & FREEZING RAIN DATES*
*November 1-2, 2019
*November 25-26, 2019
*Late Christmas Day, Dec. 25 into Dec. 26, 2019
January 22-23, 2020
February 20-22, 2020
March 22-24, 2020
The second half of February 2020 is warmer-and-drier than normal for two-thirds of the nation east of the Rockies. There will be mixed weather featuring bouts of wet snow but mostly rain for New England and the upper half of the Mid-Atlantic states from February 16 to March 30, 2020
For much of the Midwest, Southeast and Mid-Atlantic spring 2020 will arrive a full month earlier than usual (in Feb. 2020) in the northern hemisphere with flowers in bloom mode by mid- March 2020.
This means that a great seed planting atmosphere is ahead in spring 2020 for many gardeners, growers and farmers. I can detail more for specific regions but to do that I will have to know the exact location of the farm. Those seeking a personalized weather forecast can contact me at astro730@gmail.com
Depending on geographic location, there will be more crop difficulties in the Midwest through April, May and June 2020 with a mixture of highly variable weather and believe it or not - drought conditions - in the very same states of the Corn Belt that experienced major floods in 2019.
From warmer-than-normal temperatures to drier-than-normal conditions in April and the first half of May; followed by gusting winds and then anomalous drought followed by torrential downpours the second half of May into June 2020 - leading to concerns of blight, from excessive drier-than-normal conditions to then suddenly muddy fields from heavy late rains with increased pest activity on crops in 2020.
I urge farmers from the central Great Plains from Colorado to Illinois to beware of bone-dry heat mid-spring 2020 that can cause blasted fields; dried-up watering holes, and raging wildfires that starkly contrast the floods of 2019.
The Spring of 2020 will be a long one - lasting from Feb. 8, 2020 to August 8, 2020 with seesaw average to well-above average temperatures and clear sunny skies.
However, the irregularity of the second of May into June will cause considerable issues in the Midwest, ranging from too little precipitation, then too much, as well as increased pest issues for crops.
The Summer of 2020 does not begin until August 8, 2020 in my outlook and will be followed an Indian Summer fall season according to my astromet climate forecast.
The Indian Summer of 2020 I have forecasted pushes the classic fall season back to a start date of October 28-31, 2020 with drier and sunny weather conditions that will allow farmers an extended harvest with Indian summer weather lasting well into December 2020.
If ranchers and farmers are keen to my forecast then know that multiple prime crops (and cover crops) can be grown with excellent yields along with seeing benefitting from excellent forage and grazing weather for livestock straight through November and deep into December 2020.
Indian Summer 2020 will be followed by a late but another short Winter season of 2020-2021 that begins January 8, 2021 and ends on March 24, 2021.
So, as we head into the winter 2019-2020 expect an early but short, cold and snowy winter season that will give way to an early and long spring season, followed by a short summer 2020 and then a long extended fall season 2020.
Solar year 2020 into the first half of 2021 will provide enough time to get your structures, gardens and farms prepared for the horrendously cold, long and dangerous winter of 2021-2022 that I’ve forecasted.
